2005-10-31			上海四金计算方法

1.四金的缴费基数的定义：
一般四金基数就是当月的工资，不过如果工资很高(比如超过了上年你所在城市社会月平均工资的三倍)，那基数就到顶了。而如果工资特别低的话(比如低于上年你所在城市社会月平均工资的百分之六十)，那基数也有封底。
上海市2004年的情况为例，2003年社会月平均工资是1847元。如果你的月工资超过1847×3=5541元。则四金基数是5541元；如果你的月工资低于1847*60%=1108.2元。则四金基数是1108.2元。要是工资在1108.2元到5541元之间，那基数就是你的工资。

2.四金缴费的比例：
四金缴费比例：     个人缴纳部分     公司缴纳部分
>>>>养老保险金＝    基数×8%    ＋   基数×22%(好像最近才改成这个比例了)
>>>>医疗保险金＝    基数×2%    ＋   基数×12%
>>>>失业保险金＝    基数×1%    ＋   基数×2%
>>>>住房公积金＝    基数×7%    ＋   基数×7%
>> 其中个人出的部分是左边的部分，即基数的8%+2%+1%+7%=18%,其余右边的部分由公司出，其总数为基数的22%+12%+2%+7%=43%。也就是说扣除四金后的工资为：X＝工人工资－基数×18％，（下面要以扣除四金后的工资X计算所得税）。而单位付出的总资金为：Y＝工人工资＋基数×43％。

3.个人所得税的计算方法：
需要缴税的金额X = 工资－四金基数*18% －1000(上海缴税起点)
1－500元，扣税比率为5％；
500－2000元，扣税比率为10％；
2000－5000元，扣率比率为15％
5000－20000元，扣率比率为20％
注意，是分段扣税的，就是说如果X ＝ 4000，那么要缴纳的个人所得税＝ 500*5% + 1500*10% + 2000*15% = 475

4. 奖金的计算方法：
奖金计入当月工资，累加后按方法3扣税。年终双薪也同样。

今天的老娘舅，异常的搞笑。说的是一个笔记本使1个小孩和三个大人染上魔兽瘾的故事。阿庆教育多多的言语特别搞笑：

什么魔兽世界，魔鬼就是赤佬，野兽就是畜生（上海话是“中生”），一只赤佬打一只畜生，有什么好玩的？！

想不到，他自己随后就爱上了魔兽……

一份合同一旦制订并由买方与卖方签字，即对双方具有约束力。两方必须履行合同规定的各自的义务。然而，合同的执行并非一帆风顺的。在国际贸易中，由于各种各样不可预见的原因，买方或卖方完全不履行或只部分履行其义务的情况很常见，结果导致另一方的损失。受损方就有权向违约的一方提出索赔（lodge a claim），要求赔偿损失。
　　买方经常提出的索赔可以分为两种。一种是真正索赔，另一种是假索赔。引起真正索赔的原因有：
　　1）包装不良或包装不正确（poor or improper packing）；
　　2）运送错误的货物；
　　3）对所订购的货物不满意；
　　4）交货不足（short-delivery）；
　　5）所运货物破损；
　　6）装运延误；
　　假索赔是指买方故意挑货物的毛病来，作为其不履行合约的借口。通常的原因是所订的货物价格下划。
　　在接到买方的抱怨使，卖方必须毫不延误地彻底调查事件，并给予卖方及时的答复，而不管该抱怨是否理由充分。
　　例 1
　　26 June, 1998
　　Dear Sirs
　　We regret to report that the consignment of the cotton shirts dispatched on 1st June against our Order No. 3268 arrived here yesterday in an unsatisfactory state. Some of the cases were seriously damaged and upon checking the contents we found that case No. 4 contained only 372 pcs of shirts and case No. 7 only 375 instead of the four hundred invoiced for each. Before taking up the matter with the shipping company we should be pleased if you could confirm that each of these cases did in fact contain the invoiced quality when they left your warehouse. At the same time we should request you to replace the fifty-three missing shirts with others of the same quality.
　　Your will no doubt yourselves be claiming compensation form the party concerned, in which case we shall be glad to assist you with any information we can give you. Meanwhile, we are holding the cases and contents for your inspection.

2005-10-23			键盘

自从原先的键盘左边的TAB、`、1、Q、A、Z键全部坏掉之后，我忍耐了有4个礼拜，终于昨天买到了新的键盘。只不过新的键盘C、D、E、3这一排也是坏的，所以到今天才又正式拿到一个经过我用KEYBOARDTEST这个软件测试过的、可以免去我使用软键盘苦恼的KB，只是按键的手感实在是差了点。

2005-10-23			BLOG 的“货币价值”

下面是我在keso那里看到的一篇东西。顺便计算一下自己的BLOG价值，564.64 x 12 = 6775.68 美刀，mak的blog价值大概是564.64 x 57 = 32184.48 美刀。什么时候能变现呢？呵呵。

　　在AOL收购Weblogs Inc.那天，就看到有很多美国的blogger在根据收购价格计算自己blog的价值。方法是以Weblogsinc.com上各Blog的Technorati反向链接站点数目作为依据，分别计算AOL的2500万美元收购价如何分配到每个Blog上。计算的结果是，每个Technorati反向链接站点价值在500-1000美元之间，按最低的传说收购价格计算，也达到564.64美元。[via Tangos]
　　前几天看到红心杀手给我的blog算了个价格，链接到我的blog的站点数量是747个，564.64 x 747 = 421786.08美元。这个价格跟Tangos计算的结果不同，原因出在不同的站点链接到不同的域名，大致情况如下：
　　73个网站链接到keso.cn，747个网站链接到www.donews.net/keso，434个网站链接到blog.donews.com/keso，按照每个Technorati反向链接站点价值564.64美元计算，我的blog的反向链接总数是1254个，大约价值70.8万美元，500多万人民币，我也要惊呼了——wow！有人开玩笑说，请链接我吧，你的链接价值564.64美元，而且我们还能分享好处。
　　这只是一个游戏，小小地满足一下人的虚荣。另外还有一个考察blog价值的地方，是blog虚拟股市，在这里你可以用blog币买卖某个blog。blog的价格也是根据链接数量决定的，包括链出和链入的数量。如果你的blog行情不错，你还可以发行新股。这里像一个真正的股票市场一样操作，但人气似乎不是特别旺。我的blog股票目前的价格接近4000元（blog币），不过这是今年6月份的价格，似乎最近一直没有变动。
　　我去年11月以0.96元的价格买进了1340股周丹勇blog的股票，现在他的股票价格是65.6元，我赚了8万多。在blog虚拟股市上还真有人发了大财，最富有的人已经有90多亿blog币在手上了。这里是价值最高的100个blog，NB的Slashdot只排到第8位，Boing Boing更惨，64位。
　　我不懂股票，所以也没怎么好好玩儿。

无意中在吃饭的时候看到本期创智赢家的后半段，还是有很多东西可以作为亮点的：

1> 把顾陆丰鄙视掉，邀请到了袁鸣作为女主持。
2> 东方CJ半个小时就能创造40000多的销售额，比我想像的要夸张。
3> 短信系统一波三折，只能以插播广告来应付——请FIR做代言的X狮的广告播了多达3次，不过“美女”黄静静还是拿到免KO的金牌。
4> 多次听到场边翻大字报的沙沙声。
